The best confirmation of reasoning at this point is march 3, 2013. There was little to no volume before that(0 the preceding week). On that day(tuesday) there was a volume of 57 million! It has been in the millions since. That was 1 month before the first news hit (BoK). Alot of people knew something a month before the public did. There was were alot of believers in whatever transpired on monday march 2nd. Draw your own conclusions and respect your individual risk/tolerance level and you will be comfortable with your decision.
