'anydaynow' your handle befits your attitude. I have been a shareholder of DSNY for over 2 years the low $ .40's and am not going anywhere anytime soon. Your take of DSNY has a tinge of sour grapes. Too bad if you have been unfortunate to short this play as your negative statements suggest. As far as stock manipulation goes, the Canadian markets are full of world class 'pump & dump' boiler rooms. Just check some of the companies that have zero in their treasury on the venture exchange and couldn't get out of the rain.
When the regulators are informed of illegal activities they just turn a blind eye to the infractions even when the table has been set for them to proceed with litigation and sanctions. Call them lazy, inept, or whatever much like some of the shady operations they are supposed to enforce.
