Don't waste your time, the Secretary of State authorized dilutive shares. The root of the problem begins there, call him. Anybody else is going to say you assumed all risks. Sad but true. Many shareholders are tired of paying their bills and salaries via dilution, including me, but it was the SOS that acted irresponsibly. Kind of like giving a little kid somebody elses money and saying, "here you go kid, ready to spend."
