NO, not cms. Not insider info at all. The man said in the industry its pretty much known what the plan is and that's why he loaded up as well a month ago. This individual does a bunch of work on an international level so one talks to another as we all know. He said 10 to 20 upon news release and mentioned the travel industry as I said.
