Read the EO's of Shrub and Barry. If you believe these evil twins give a rat's ass about the "consent of Congress," or anyone else, then you are a fool. They have collectively set up the potential for a dictator. Just waiting for Barry or the next guy (actually the banksers) to decide to declare themselves supreme king and ruler. You don't make preparations if you don't intend to eventually use them.
