The notes say to check your local formulary and when you check your local formulary, Belviq is not listed.

The other notes also indicate it it excluded from the pharmacy benefit.

When you click on Ambien, you get a cost. Also, Ambien in the formulary.

Do you admit this distinct difference in information displayed? And that difference means that Belviq is not covered.

Why don't you or someone you know call a Tricare provider and ask. Then you will get your definitive unadulterated answer. BTW, how did you know that I was a Twilight Zone fan? Finally, did you notice that you are the ONLY person that believes that Belviq is covered by Tricare?
