Exactly right, auld fellow.

But a dang sight more of them believe now than in the days before JB "took over". "Took Over" with considerable help from the ONE person in a position to help him take over.... MP, I mean.

Shareholders can only vote. MAYBE ADVISE. Not dictate. The BOD has zero power. They do not get paid enough to be a factor.
