Pit..this was a PR that had to go out..SOX or SAX...the Oxley thing.

Have to report this type of thing within 72 hours, I think that is the time frame....they just did it as fast as they could.

Means they want to keep ppl (SH's) up to date.

Good news to me on how they handled it...

Now let's see who comes aboard....
