The first reference is unrelated to any action taken by the Federal Reserve. Rates increased simply as reaction to Bernanke's speech in the last week of July and not to actions taken by the Fderal Reserve.

The second reference is for the first quarter and unrelated to your statements about the 2nd Quarter results.
