fair enough. there is a fair amount of convertible debt in this one that is being unloaded. may or may not have anything to do with underlying fundamentals. regardless, teh company is willfully ignoring their responsibility to shareholders and allowing the dilution and share price erosion. i do not see that stopping (slowing maybe) without very strong 2Q13 results and/or a specific PR about upcoming results and guidance on remainder of 2013. that is all WELL withing their power and bounds. in this case, the silence is speaking more loudly than their distributor agreements they are signing or store presence they are claiming.
they may be on the forefront - but they will be leveraged out or absorbed long before long term investors will be able to be rewarded for their "patience"
