In the past, we all talking about theory and planning, forecast etc., today,
we would like to deliver the "First Quotations " to our
purchaser on "Trench Decontamination Machine", the total order shall be 20
machine and the attached is the first 10 machines'
quotation sent by RDS, Japan yesterday.
Following is a short summary to let you know what is the Gross profit to RDS
on per machine and total estimated GP for 2013.
One Machine Selling Price (excluding sales tax which will be paid by
purchaser) US$131,600
Cost including shipping freight etc.

20 machine's GP shall be US$1,160,000
The total order for this year shall be 100 machines = US$5,800,000
PHYLLITE Sales and GP
You can not use the machine without the most important material - Phyllite,
therefore base on the above purchases, we estimated that
the Phyllite sales would be at the minimum of 100 tons per month and the
Gross Profit will be = US$650,000 per month
Maturity
As I mentioned many times that RDS' business is in maturity and in harvest
time, our forecast should be able to achieve and even much much
higher than my conservative one, I will re-done the forecast once we
completed the first Transaction to reconcile all cost and Gross Profit.
