I know I have seen,, your correct.. .34 and up... But some high up entity seems to be controlling the Bid and Ask ... As well limiting the Buy... But allowing the Sell... To me,, it sounds good for this thing... I've seen it only a few times in the past 4 years,, pertaining to a couple of symbols.. Those I've seen all went green.. They were not bio-Tec's by the way.. Interesting very very interesting... This being in regards to ONCS .. It's a first for me... A bio Tec trading in this fashion ...
