I would like to reiterate that I wholehearedly believe that the days of dilution are behind us. Their are still shares being held from the most recent merger that can be sold of shortly, but if dilution stops they might just hold onto those. Now that this company is stable enough to get a revolving promisary note they no longer have to generate cash at the expense of PPS.

I have to ask you why you think a company would go public in its early stages if it couldn't use the money to benefit the company? Do you beleieve that recent mergers or hires where a bad idea, or destructive to shareholder value? I thought that all the moves thus far look good for the long term future of this company.

In the sake of honesty I will gladly say that I plan on dumping about 1/4 of my position in this company at roughly the end of the year, but by that time that 1/4 selling will pay for the other 3/4 I hold, and I will have a nice comfortable position that I can let ride for years with no regret.

Years is the key word here. If you want to see PHOT potential then you will still be here in 2017, but if you are I bet Flippy will actually be happy ;)
