Regarding building a new entity and wind down the old one – didn’t they do it with Ginnie Mae (or whatever it’s called) which was in C-ship for several years as well?

I know that they transferred the existing shares of the old one to the new one 1:1 so the shareholders didn’t lose anything. In fact if they held on for years, they would get great returns.

I always prepare for the worst. So in your opinion, what would be the worst that would happen to us shareholders? (As far as I know you hold solely JPS). I hold mainly common shares with a bit JPS.
