Well,... please forgive for taking so long to reply.
Fundamentals are unchanged.
With the tier change tlfx has commited to publication.
The float is stable, but interest has waned. A positive quarterly would set this issue moving. Same song, different artist.
Long term is undetermined. No real direction. Long Term Evolution is where they are directed towards. Version is commiting billions towards this end. We will see. Still a "cheap date".
