Broiled breaded shrimp on a skewer.
Quiche.
Artichoke hearts with various stuffed olives.
Crab spread.
Stuffed mushrooms.
Roasted pepper and sun dried tomato spread.
Various cheeses Blue, Havarti, Asiago and Jelapeno Monteray Jack.
Sliced fresh Mozzarella topped with fresh basil and vine grown tomatoes.

Main Course (actually stuffed with appetizers but I struggled thru it).
Stuffed chicken salta inbocca, with roasted redskin potatoes
Broccoli casserole
Salad

Dessert
Creme De menthe Pie (Grasshopper)Wife makes the greatest.
Various Christmas Cookies and not Holiday Cookies. LOL

Coffee and after dinner drinks.
