The goal of owning a stock is to create income. Covered calls, dividend reinvesting whatever it takes. Like I said before as an example I have owned GE for 25 plus years up and down and now with divy reinvestment collect a nice quarterly dividend. ARR is getting close to my goal of sitting back and collecting payments. Personally I hope it stays low for the next year while I continue to accumulate and raise my dividend every month and buy more shares for less.
