FG...you say that the SEC has had SEVU under investigation "for quite a while" as if you have first hand knowledge of such events. Do you? Or are you making this statement based on assumptions from the events that have transpired? Just curious.

Personally, I figured that somebody had to be investigating something behind the scenes as there are just way too many red flags and blatant untruths and misrepresentations for the authorities to ignore.
