Loko raised very interesting question on the YMB
ATRS is using (or maybe site typo) QuikShot TM on the Clinical Trial web site:
http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01887418?term=antares&rank=3
And QuickShot in PR's
Both do not belong to ATRS:
http://trademarks.justia.com/search?q=QuikShot
http://trademarks.justia.com/search?q=QuickShot
http://trademarks.justia.com/search?q=Quick+Shot
But looks like many companies are using the same trademark.
So question to lawyers on the boards:
How can the company use a trademark without licensing it or registering???
