One thing that's semi comforting, is that those pictures aren't traceable anywhere else on the internet. So odds are very good that they're original, and taken for the legitimate purpose of showing off equipment set up in the area.

Also, Earnest, they really don't release much news at all... And I consider it a good thing for something this small, because it's fairly obvious that they aren't going to have much cash to operate on, and so they aren't going to be moving very quickly at all. They're just commenting on prospective locations made available to them through the funding of investors, they're excited about it, and they wanted to let people know. It would be a real shame if this was a scam, because there are a few really legitimate people involved, and they'd be throwing away a lifetime's work for a few thousand dollars. Not millions, but a few thousand.
