YES, IEG owns 15 million shares - NO, they were not given to them for the report. IEG (Joe Safina) is under contract to provide services to CVSL until 2016. Here is a link to a filing that shows the tranaction:

Also, he was given those shares prior to the current management, he is left over from the "old" CVSL days.
