Well, currently government and private prisons work together. You know private prisons are one of the top organizations that pay lobbyist to keep cannabis illegal so they keep moving people in and out of the system. I am not anarchist, I believe there should be a government but a small and limited role. In the case of the court system, I think private business has a conflict of interest. But let me ask you this, and please answer, what about government owned public prison guard unions, they try their hardest to keep people in and out of the system as well in order to insure employment of their guards.
