I haven't looked at Agigoo but KIOR appears to be a real company. There are some major differences between JBI and KIOR. KIOR received a clean unqualified audit opinion while JBI is questioned as a going concern. KIOR spent $9 million on R&D during Q1 compared to JBI's $100k which presumably went mostly to Bordy. Also, KIOR is not hampered by having it's CEO/founder enjoined by the SEC from committing fraud. That doesn't seem to make much difference to JBI shareholders but in the real world with real companies, it does make a difference.

The only thing more sad than losing money in a pump is doubling down and being taken to the cleaners for a second trip.
