Financials on several sites show o/s of 2.37million and $14, 175 market cap with todays date. The math says pps=.0060(todays close). What we know is he cannot talk if in talks (insider trading). Therefore, no news anywhere! He can restructure for buyout incentive as the SEC looks at it favorable to shareholders, he simply cannot discuss business interests. Or if the large blocks going thru were his and he waited until today to report financials that's a possibility. He is not obligated to report financials to everyone, thus those that show different are privy.
