Well, my take is that the meeting is going to occur when the GM is ready. Probably this week but ya just never know with these things. Plus there is the potential that there are a few more requirements that will be asked for. We are working in Costa Rica with an executive from a government agency. I lived in Spain and have traveled to Mexico several times. There is a certain amount of pomp and circumstance when dealing with people of this great authority. A certain formality and procedure that is custom. Time is a little more relaxed. Just my 0.02 while we wait.
