No, filing intent with the SEC is not making an assumption. It however, is merely intent. I do know more than I can say at this time. It really is a fact. You can hold me to that.


So do you like Audi's :) I live very close to a guy....whose uncle raced for team Audi. When he passed away, the team was dissolved. If you go to the imports car weekend in Carlyle Pa.... they show videos of his racing. His name may have been Treser, I can't remember now..
