just to try it, I drank some water out of a normal water bottle, and it was then about 60% full. I squeezed in the ElectroFuse, and chewed the ampule(not much left) just in case. It seemed as if it took some extra shaking to get it dissolved, but it turned a cloudy pinkish color. I used to drink a gatorade to withstand the summers working construction being outside all day(on the job at 6am off at 5pm today) But I remember feeling bloated and sick sometimes drinking that whole thing. Now with EF I basically feel just the need for water and I feel better during the sweat filled days. I feel good enough for the gym if I wasnt working out of town!

Same with my mens league hockey games now, ElectroFuse is a pregame ritual(I dont drink gatorade much anymore), then of course the beer is the post game ritual
