Wish we knew thinking of directors as to:
1] Why so long between company reports....earnings report, etc.?
Directors would have to know that stockholders become "uneasy" with no progress reports.

2] Why no history of insider buying? Some on this thread have been following IPRC for two years (possibly more). Several "so called" institutional buyers listed on company website----but no insider buying by directors.
