IMO it's both. Correct me if I'm wrong but the float is around 800 mil. and the O/S went up unaffecting the value to 2.5 Bil. due to a significant purchase buying into the Co. It would take far more than 250K,but in the millions to change value, but the charts appear to me to be extreme changes. The O/S went up from the huge purchase by the new majority owners, not dilution. However, dilution has caused much of this, no doubt.
