It's no shock for those having done their DD...6months
of filings point to NTEK intent on bringing that company
in the fold. The CEO now with all his divisions & companies
wrapped into NTEK...

It is an opportunity for the rhetoric to crescendo into a
retrace for flippers to work shares lower...& recover or
increase their position. And, for short-interst to attack
the stock...

Nothing more...those with SUPERIOR or even a MODICUM of
DD have found this item in the filings FOR MONTHS!!! Just
happened to get done today...



Long ago I said the CEO is into MMA & Ice Sculpting (has
a dojo & an ice business...) he has BROUGHT BOTH OF THOSE
ventures into NanoTech....as he should...he knows them
well...& NTEK can make money on them all....& WILL!!!
