Here's a rosy scenario: When the reverse is complete there will be 100 million shares AS and there will be about 9 million (rounded off) shares OS. The price per share will be about 40 to 50 cents given the current price level. Once the dust has settled and the focus is back on contracts, revenues and profits then it can be expected that the stock price will climb back to its pre collapse level and proceed up from there. That will bring it to a dollar a share quickly and from there it continues up and then the company gets on to the Nasdaq and the rest is wonderful financial history. Does this make anybody happy?
