I continue to think HEMP will trade sub-penny. Investors apparently don't understand that there is no business and that the real share-count is approaching 4 billion after considering the convertible preferred stock. There used to be a business, but that was the stock-selling business, and they ran out of stock to sell. Now, they just give it to Bruce Perlowin - unbelievable. I think that this may be the very worst name in the sector. I have written about this company on Seeking Alpha and updated my article with new info in the comments section for anyone who wants to better understand my position.
