Fluff, (what is that exactly) and distraction from what exactly? I call it being transparent and letting shareholders know that a previous made deal which had been in the process since '12 has been finalized. Personally, I want to know what the company is doing, especially if it entails the consummation of a previous commitment. So Jeff Foley is the benefactor, it was a deal that was made for him to come to Ntek and had to be completed, and guess what, NOW IT IS!
