It appears that your only source for the truth is Viper itself. The only shreds of evidence in regards to the pilot is that article which I saw some time ago. Since then I have not been able to find one follow up story in any of the national Sri Lanka papers or the local Colombo papers. It looks like the project may have never even got off the ground. Kind of like vipers big going ons in India and Saudia Arabia that took them years to admit was a pile of failed bs. The question still remains why would a man heading a company allow a chill be imposed and be on the no info tier simply because the lack of reporting. Why wasn't he reporting the information like he was supposed to at the time. Unlike you I can't just point to vipers statements and say that's why. It all bs from farid.
