you must mean in thousands. 359K ask at .092 and 560K at .10

Acquiring this company was not for shareholders. This was a move to put money in managements pockets. Half a million in revenue, but Im willing to bet thats before expenses, and $600K for the company up front. LOL This was just a fancy way to say we are paying our management more money then we have at the expense of the shareholders.
