You can't have it both ways. You can't claim that the 200/1 reverse split caused a lack of liquidity on one hand and then on the other claim forward splits would not increase the liquidity. lol
Now as far as the .01 per share dividend to begin with and then continuing to increase those dividends from quarter to quarter you well could be correct that going through all that for the average shareholder to receive a mere $5.00 dividend on average doesn't make a lot of economic sense. Using your logic then it might make much more sense for Mr.Lenfest to exclude all the shares he has an economic interest in and bumping up the dividend to say .25 per share for the 55,000 shares held by others. This would only amount to an $11,750 payout and would surely be appreciated by longs. Think of the possibilities. The only folks who would be upset by what I propose, forward split and cash dividend, are those that are short and since it is claimed there are no shorts nobody should be upset. A smiling long!
