For sure, Authorized shares are 500 million.
Outstanding shares are 32 million

before the split the ratio was 50/50

Now the ratio is 15/1 in the favor of authorized.

I imagine the merger will use up those 500 million

And us share holders 32 million will
be like 1/50th of the new NOVOFUEL.

I'd bet NOVOFUEL Issues 1 billion shares.

Given past AFPW Actions, IMO this is our future.
