To clarify and restate what other folks' excellent research revealed today:

Yesterday, TCPS filed a document with the Colorado Sec of state (that's the state they incorporated in) which moves their headquarters to an office in LA: http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20131406581&masterFileId=20011181716

We initially took this to mean that they rented office space. But further research clarified that this is the office of high-powered law firm that does work in intellectual property rights as well as corporate restructuring: http://www.novianlaw.com/

This explains why the pig isn't answering his phone: the lawyers are telling him to zip it. But any rational doubt that TCPS is moving forward with restructuring has now been eliminated.
