There was no word of a 2nd pilot project. The only word was they shipped the same "last shipment" 3 times for a project that was supposed to be finished already.You don't find that odd? I do recall vper saying they had shipped a new generation of streetlights, but I saw nothing about a second pilot project, and the new generation leds were shipped after the pilot project was scheduled to be finished.
The evaluation period supposedly was reduced from 90 to 30 days and several months later it's not complete?
Why can no one find any evidence that vper/apollo are even involved in the pilot projects in Sri Lanka other than VPER's own PRs but you can find lists of other companies who are involved with it?
Who can say for sure that the CEO and management of VPER are not taking money from the company? They have not put out any audited financials in years so there is no way anyone would know for sure how much salary they are taking...
