No, There is no volume to account for that at all (yet ) ,the 30/35 million shares in the report to the account was all that was sold in my opinion Issued by old managment ,

There has not been much more than that, that has even traded since the new guys took over so no selling to account for dilution yet , Who knows about the future but for now this low float could fly if the new was good. One of the new guys is a money guy so let see where the funding comes from in the next quartly or news b4 crying dilution
