Scratch that... Just got an email from Liquid Pennies/Stock Brain (Stock Appeal llc).

Put SRBLD on your radar NOW!

Why shares of SRBLD could be headed way north in a hurry:

As you know, in nature, there is a “food chain.”

The big fish always eat the little fish.

In business too, but especially in a new and fast-growing market, it’s inevitable that the bigger companies swallow up the smaller companies.

Only in business, the big fish has to pay, often dearly, to dine on the little fish!

Own shares of the right little fish and you could quadruple your money overnight when a hungry big fish like Ford Motor comes calling!

The explosive Lithium market is proving to be no exception.

As lithium-ion batteries have exploded on the scene as the power source of the future for everything from cars, smartphones and even airplanes, international mining giants have scrambled to get in the game.

For example, last year, “big fish,” Rockwood Holdings (ROC market cap $4.96B) made a move to swallow smaller fish, Talison Lithium of Australia, for $724 million.

Rockwood was happy to offer a 53% premium over Talison’s share price of one day earlier.

Not so fast!

In a last minute move, even bigger fish, Chinese government-backed Chengdu Tiuanqi Holdings derailed the deal with a higher offer.

Here’s what’s ironic:

Just two years before that, in 2010, it was Talison that had been the bigger fish when it swallowed up smaller, Salares Lithium at a premium of 100%.

If you’d been an early investor in Salares Lithium, you could have cashed out your Talison shares at a 300% profit!

That’s just one of the recent takeovers in the lithium space.

Galaxy (GXY) recently bought Lithium One (TSX:LI) for about $110 million adding the promising Sal de Vida project in Argentina to its portfolio.

And, the lithium sector isn’t very big, and these takeovers make the remaining list of potential future targets very small.

According to industry analyst Dahlman Rose.

About the Company:

Sovereign Lithium, Inc. (SRBLD) is a mineral exploration and development company focused on supporting America's growing clean energy and clean tech industries.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Sovereign Lithium, Inc. is dedicated to responsibly identifying, acquiring and developing mineral assets in America and US-friendly countries.

SRBLD's portfolio of projects currently targets lithium and rare earth element production, both of which are essential to America's clean energy and clean tech industries.

The very future of General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, Intel, GE, Motorola, Honeywell, Microsoft and a host of other U.S. defense and electronics companies could depend on the success of this
still-undiscovered U.S. company!

SRBLD is a juicy little lithium exploration company that I believe is about to be swallowed, at a big multiple of its current price, by one of the industrial giants that suddenly finds itself dependent on lithium to compete and profit in today’s new world.

My personal bet is that Ford Motors is likely to swoop in and scoop up this lithium resource in order to keep its newly built multi-million dollar lithium-battery factory supplied with the lithium it needs.

Ford, like the other auto makers, is counting on the future of its hybrid and electric models.

Wall Street is still unaware of this lithium newcomer SRBLD, and I firmly believe once the word is out, it could be the next lithium stock to rack up gains of 1,000% or more!

With 7,600 acres of the richest lithium-bearing rhyolites, adjacent to America’s only producing lithium mine, owned by 4.96 billion dollar Rockwood Holdings (NYC:ROC), this brand new, still-undiscovered Jr., SRBLD could be positioned to become America’s #1 producer of lithium.

This element is essential to all of the high-tech batteries that power the cars, planes, trucks and boats of the fast-progressing oil-less age.

Industry Outlook:

China currently has a 95% choke hold on the irreplaceable, high-tech materials the U.S. defense industry absolutely must have to keep making missile guidance systems. . .drones. . .smart bombs. . . orbiting surveillance equipment and a host of other high-tech weapons and communications.

What's more, without these critical materials, America's electronics industry could no longer manufacture iPhones... iPads... iPods... MacBooks... PCs... HD-TVs... GPSs or most of today's hot electronics.

China's economic plan is to capture those manufacturing jobs!

China has announced it is going to choke off exports of these essential materials in an all-out effort to cripple America's military might and force the U.S. electronics industry to move manufacturing jobs to China.

But now, thanks to a forward-looking American start-up, the U.S. defense industry and our consumer electronics manufacturers can be assured of an almost-limitless, domestic source of this essential resource!

I'll leave you with this:

Already a $23-Billion-a-year market, lithium consumption is estimated to triple by 2020! Sovereign Lithium, Inc. (SRBLD) could have the lithium resources to help meet the world’s need for an estimated 300 million tons a year!

Sovereign Lithium, Inc. (SRBLD) is estimated* to be sitting on $143.25-Billion* worth of the critical defense materials the U.S. has previously had no choice but to buy from China!
