Ok, bilachos, here ya go. I have since verified that this information is correct and you can too if you want.

This is an email I received from a trusted fellow DD'er on July 1.

Lazy, here is what I found. And after all this and 3 phone calls, still no information about the transfer agent or anything else about this company Oncology Med. It is all 100% verifiable as you requested.

I called the number in Pa. The woman who answered told me they were an answering service only. She gave me the name and number of one Dr. Doug Fraker (phone number 215-662-7866) and told me I had to speak to him.

I called Fraker and he told me he is a part of the company but has nothing to do with anything as far as business and had nothing to tell me because he didn't know anything. He did tell me Walker has had some recent health issues and all of the Virginia business numbers are disconnected most likely because they recently relocated the office.

He referred me to Jack Sloan. Jack Sloan then referred me to one Marcy Colkitt, a lawyer who apparently has control of all of the company business. Colkitt is the sister of Doug Colkitt of the Equimed fiasco who paid a $10 million settlement to the DOJ in the late 90's. Marcy was also on the payroll of Equimed at that time. Too much to write about so Google the whole thing and you'll see the conncections. So I called Colkitt, left a message but hasn't called me back. Her number is 724-463-3570.

I then called Walker himself. His phone number is 804-453-5112. He told me I had to speak with Colkitt and would not answer one single question I had about the company. I even told him I would get the SEC involved to investigate the company and all he said was, "sorry can't help you". However, when I asked him who the transfer agent is, he replied, "American Stock". I told him he was wrong and that the company dismissed American in 2012. And he had no clue as to what I was talking about.

Lazy, all in all, I don't get a good feeling from all this and it seems as if Walker is now far out of the picture. I'll keep you posted on any new info I find.
