Very good point, $5M divided by .0005 causes an ERROR message on my calculator! Going to take an R/S of 1000/1, then another increase to the A/S of about 9B shares to cover that figure!

And let's not forget, this does NOT include the $14MM in debt GDSM has already accumulated...
