NITE is retail... VNDM is the one to be worried about presently ... -imho they are the MM's who rep vendors that get paid for services in shares and not in cash and do the job of converting them into cash for vendors for "services rendered"

without sales how else is the company going to pay the bills?...private placements which convert at some time to the float.. till they start selling tdq's or get real funding...
the chart will continue to look ugly ... on side note -good sign the PSAR flipped bottom may be in...
accum/dist shows retail moving out of the stock....
