Proxies are usually out in August. As of right now:

Management has an approved phase III trial:

1. That they have not been able to partner to help fund.

2. That will take 4 years to enroll based on the 16 months it took to enroll the last double-blinded placebo controlled 2nd line trial.

a. Do you think last fall's incident will help our hurt enrollment efforts?

3. The trial is approximately 2.5 times larger than was initially thought required.

4. No expedited pathway to approval exists.

5. Management is selectively disclosing information about interim-looks to institutional investors.

6. There has been approximately 50% dilution since last September at prices below $2.

7. Management has given themselves cash and stock bonuses despite these shortfalls.

You people are delusional if you are voting for management on this year's proxy if nothing changes IMO.
