I had the same thing...put in an order for 10K shares at .039 and it took almost 10 min to fill it... I use Etrade and they gave me some crap about OTC MM's use the phones and blah blah blah... told the customer service guy to try that crap on someone else since I have seen orders get filled in 15 seconds and you cant dial a phone in fifteen seconds, connect and place a trade that quick... he then began to chew on his lip and try to talk at the same time... I asked him how many shares was etrade short in this stock and once again he wet himself and said they did not short penny stocks... and would there be anything else... it was fun actually.
