I see nothing that gives VPEr an "inside track" based on that statement...

If this man posses some sort of "insight" to human behavior, then he would have researched VPER and especially Farid and found him to be full of shit...The rest of your post indicates he has worked hard to find international economic opportunities for Sri Lanka's business people and govenment...
