I ask how you know that a report wasn't done "in accordance with NI 43-101 standards"
Because CGFI is not a Canadian issuer. NI 43-101 is only available to Canadian reporting issuers, as the first rule of NI 43-101 is that it is filed with, and reviewed by, Canadian securities regulators, which can only be done by Canadian reporting issuers.
By law, US issuers are required to follow Industry Guide 7. They are prohibited from using NI 43-101.
If I were an insider, they would not be making these basic reporting errors. They also would not be issuing toxic death spiral convertibles, as that alone demonstrates this is not a legitimate exploration company.
