Trend will be upward, but still with serious overhang of massive insider sells. It does not appear this is strategic selling that should necessarily be interpreted as negative news, since it seems the insiders, if trading from "insider information" wrt future bad news, would not have been selling progressively from recent points as low as $4.50 per share (e.g. S Downes,1/2/2013) over the past year. I am sure that price increases will be met with increased insider sells, if the past provides guidance.

Still they have their stock options to exercise, and they continue to tender shares to sell, presumably for diversification purposes. And they hold a "SL" of shares hanging over any upside. This from a Holder of UVE since it was UVIH on the Pink Sheets. Me?-still holding. The divi is the best sign of the companies' confidence in "our" company and exceeds 10% with my cost basis. In response to the "short it" inquiries- You will do better guessing "if and when" in Vegas at the roulette tables... not recommended as I have held and watched this stock for over 10 years. Hold it, and reinvest the divi in more shares, I will.
