Yep, AGES was certainly premature in that projection. No doubt about it. But it looks like Hydro Quebec may have had the more accurate timetable, and their recent investment and acquisition of controlling interest in AGES would appear to coincide with such timetable, despite your opinion that Hydro Quebec, which I believe is a $60 billion company, is "dumb".

They've been working on the Flakeboard project for some time now. Wouldn't expect that it will be too much longer before we hear about a completed project there.
